Designation - Manager - CSR
Industry - NGO/Social Service
Work Experience - 6+ years
Primary Responsibilities Includes:
Stakeholder Management:
- Build and nurture relationships with CSR teams and decision-makers within target companies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand and align organizational goals with potential partners.
Proposal Creation:
- Create effective Proposals for CSR programs after understanding the corporate requirement.
Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of CSR professionals. Provide guidance, support, and coaching to ensure the team's success. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
Task Management:
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their strengths and expertise.
- Monitor and track the progress of tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
Improved Partnerships with Corporate:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet internal goals.
- Pitch and present compelling proposals to potential corporate partners.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements and contracts.
Market Intelligence:
- Stay informed about industry trends, CSR regulations, and competitor activities.
- Utilize market knowledge to position the organization as a preferred partner for CSR initiatives.
Customized Solutions :
- Work closely with internal teams to tailor CSR programs that align with the needs and values of potential corporate partners.
Event Participation:
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance visibility and foster partnerships.
Lead Generation:
- Identify and prospect potential corporate partners interested in CSR initiatives.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through market research and networking.
Essential Skill Set/s:
- Good communication skills
- Technically sound to handle productivity tools like Excel, CRM etc.
- Experience working in or with NGO or a social enterprise (especially in CSR teams)
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities
- Knowledge on Sales
- Proven ability to identify and prospect potential corporate partners.
- Experience in Team management
- Coaching and Leadership Skills
Other Information:
- Scope: Full-time, Work from office
- Probationary period - 3 months
- Willing to work with Team Everest for minimum 2 years
- Working days - Monday to Friday + 2 working Saturdays a month. Depending on organizational needs, it may be necessary to work on weekends.
- Office Timing - 9:30 am to 6:30 pm.
