Job Overview
We are seeking a Sales Executive Junior to join our team at Amaze Technosoft Pvt. Ltd. This is a full-time position based in Chandigarh, India. As a Sales Executive Junior, you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to negotiate effectively.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales or a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other sales-related software/tools
- Strong ability to identify new sales opportunities and convert leads into customers
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and meeting deadlines
- Knowledge of sales process, negotiation techniques, and customer relationship management (CRM)
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Achieve sales targets by effectively promoting and selling our IT services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and customer success
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to maximize sales opportunities
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitors' offerings to effectively position our services
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and achievements
