Title : Backend Manager

Experience: 3 Years

Location: Bengaluru

Overview : This position will give you an unparalleled opportunity to understand the inner workings of an edtech organization and lead a diverse team of passionate energetic and optimistic folks with a shared ambition of transforming India s education system at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Participating in technical design
• Creating and executing roadmap
• Measuring the team performance and setting clear expectations and goals
• Partnering with leadership to influence and drive contribution and prioritization
• Monitoring the progress identifying issues and implementing corrective measures.

Key Activities

• Mentor and manage a diverse team of engineers fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Supports and fosters an environment where questions are never discouraged and collaboration is rewarded
• Innovative thinking and curiosity
• Encourages continuous learning and application of the latest technologies.
• Working effectively with your team cross functional partners and stakeholders to define strategy and achieve optimal outcomes

Critical Factors for Success

• Proven work experience as a technical manager or similar role
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of software engineering work experience
• Working knowledge of tools methods and concepts of software management
• Good communication skills both verbal and written
• Experience in in Azure/ AWS NoSQL or any cloud platforms
• NodeJS Typescript GraphQL SQL knowledge.
