- Responsibilities, Quantifiable results/deliverables (KRAs) expected from the position:
Ø follow the quality plan in accordance with standard specification for incoming raw materials, process parameters and finished product
Ø control in verification of the process and to inform production dept accordingly for improvement.
Ø send lab report or process parameters to production supervisor
Ø Calibrate lab instruments periodically
Ø raw materials feeding as required
Ø control on rejection and net loss.
Ø attend customer complaints in time and discuss the outcome with production Dept.
Ø inform result of trials & its conclusions to management.
Ø zero rejections
Ø monthly MIS report.
Ø follow process parameters entry and batch releasing in ERP
Ø follow all ERP operations and data entry & daily reports timely.
Ø Address customer complaints in time and maintain a log
Ø Follow , check & make report of returned material.
Ø To maintain hygiene, cleanliness & working of RO and STP dept.
Ø To maintain all legal activities
Ø To update the R&D team regarding any new development needed or done.
- Qualification/Experience and Budget required for the position
Qualification – BSC Chemistry
Experience – 8 to 10 yrs
Budget - 8 to 8.5 lakhs CTC PA
- Personal attributes/ Behavioural competencies required for the position.
