Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager Production Conductor. The Production Conductor will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring product quality, managing operations, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. They will also be responsible for ensuring timely product delivery and maintaining a healthy and positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing, production, and/or operations management
- Knowledge of production processes and best practices
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Production Management, or related field
- Experience in the power or telecom industry is a plus
- Understanding of lean manufacturing principles is preferred
