Job Title: Sales Manager Banking Sector (Karnataka)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets within the Karnataka banking sector.
- Lead mentor and motivate a highperforming sales team.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining client relationships.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Provide regular performance reports and contribute to strategic decisionmaking.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales or life insurance.
- Graduation from a recognized university.
- Proven success in sales preferably in the banking sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Indepth knowledge of Karnatakas banking and financial sector.
Compensation:
- Competitive Salary: INR 2.5 to 3.75 LPA
