Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Kannada Sales Team Leader located in Bengaluru. The successful candidate will lead and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure sales targets are met. The role will also involve creating and implementing sales strategies, managing sales pipelines, and building strong relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Kannada and English
• Proven experience as a sales team leader or a similar role in sales management
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets
• Experience in financial services or investment sales is a plus
