Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant with Oracle Finance Cloud experience - Fusion Cloud ERP Implementation experience in - AP, AR, GL, FA, Cash Mgmt. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining Oracle Fusion Financials modules to meet the organization's business requirements. The successful candidate should have a deep understanding of financial processes, excellent technical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Run the implementation program and act as a bridge between client and offshore team. Interact with customer process owners and SMEs to understand and analyze various processes. Assess the overall status of each module within Oracle Cloud ERP. Candidate must have the ability to work in an on-shore/off-shore model working with development teams across continents, managing delivery and driving automation opportunities.

Responsibilities:

1. Implementation and Configuration:

Lead the implementation of Oracle Fusion Financials modules, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Configure and customize Oracle Fusion applications to meet specific organizational requirements.

2. Financial Modules Expertise:

Demonstrate proficiency in Oracle Fusion Financial modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets.

Provide subject matter expertise in financial business processes and recommend best practices.

3.Integration and Data Migration:

Collaborate with technical teams to integrate Oracle Fusion Financials with other enterprise systems.

Oversee data migration activities, ensuring accurate and timely transfer of financial data.

4.End User Training and Support:

Conduct training sessions for end users on Oracle Fusion Financials functionalities.

Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to resolve system issues and enhance user satisfaction.

5.Documentation:

Create and maintain detailed documentation of configurations, customizations, and processes.

Ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements.

6.Continuous Improvement:

Stay current with Oracle Fusion updates, patches, and new features.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.

7.Collaboration:

Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their financial reporting and analysis needs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Financials modules.

• Fit Gap, Solutioning, Design, Milestone Testing, Cutover, Conversions.

• Good Analytical skills and Planning and Co-ordination skills

• At least 5+ years of Relevant Information Technology experience.

• Strong understanding of financial business processes and accounting principles.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Oracle Fusion certification is a plus.
