Job description

Position: Client Servicing Executive

Experience: Minimum 2 years in client servicing within online/digital marketing

Salary Range: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month

Location: Ghaziabad (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

1. Build and nurture strong relationships with clients in the realm of online digital projects, including SEO, SMO, and PPC.
2. Collect regular feedback from clients and share insights for continuous development and improvement.
3. Handle client queries efficiently and coordinate with the team to resolve issues promptly.
4. Take ownership of revenue generation and ensure timely payment collection from existing customers.
5. Collaborate with existing clients to cross-sell new services, identifying opportunities for account growth.
6. Participate in client meetings alongside the Account Manager to address and resolve issues.
7. Coordinate the execution of various project elements and ensure seamless project management.
8. Identify and direct account growth opportunities to the Sales team for further exploration.
9. Take responsibility for all aspects of project closure, including the production of comprehensive project reports.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in client servicing within the online/digital marketing domain.
2. College degree preferred.
3. Good working knowledge of the business, with a focus on Project Management and Client Services activities.
4. Proven experience in managing client accounts and successful project delivery.
5. Ability to manage projects across multiple geographical locations.
6. Demonstrated ability to consultatively engage with customers and make complex decisions efficiently.
7. Broad understanding and working knowledge across a diverse range of service lines within the digital marketing space.
