Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Secretary. The Office Secretary will be responsible for administrative support, including clerical tasks, company secretarial work, executive administrative assistance, and customer service.

Qualifications

  • Strong clerical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in company secretarial work
  • Experience in executive administrative assistance
  • Customer service skills, including handling phone calls and managing inquiries
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
