Commercial Services: Process Excellence Consultant/ Sr Consultant
The LCCI (Lilly Capability Center India), Commercial Services team was started in 2016 with the objective of supporting business decisions for the commercial and marketing functions in the US and ex-US affiliates. The team currently comprises of more than 450 staff members, with varied backgrounds and skills across Analytics, Market research, Sales operations, Content Generation for commercial effectiveness and operations.
We are setting up a business transformation office for the Commercial Services organization and hence looking for experts who are responsible for driving process and operations improvement initiatives across the organization. This role will be critical for enhancing project efficiencies/ productivity, streamlining processes, and optimizing performance across our Commercial Services Organization.
Core Responsibilities:
- Process Improvement Initiatives:
- Lead and execute process improvement projects, identifying areas for enhancement, streamlining workflows, and eliminating waste
- Leveraging Lean principles, drive continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring that the commercial function operates at its highest potential
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to process efficiency.
- Data-Driven Analysis:
- Utilize data analytics to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization.
- Support the project delivery teams with Root Cause Analysis, investigate process deviations, and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with various teams, including Business, Tech@Lilly to drive process excellence initiatives
- Change Management: Champion process changes, ensuring successful adoption and sustained improvements.
- Train team members on Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma principles, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Best Practices: Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in process excellence.
Experience Required
- Experience: 8-12 years of experience in process improvement, preferably within a large-scale organization.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
- Proficiency in Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to drive change and influence stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Education
- Masteru2019s/ bacheloru2019s degree in business, engineering, or related field
- Certifications: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification
