Note: This Position is with Polycab Support force (PSF) which is subsidiary of Polycab India Limited

To facilitate and conduct training program for on roll & off roll employees. Should have worked as a Sales HRBP Well Versed with Talent management experience. Good hands-on experience in Employee engagement and retention activities Learning & Development experience Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues Managing the recruitment and selection process Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
