Job Role - Sales Coordinator

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Coordinator at CellBios Healthcare & Lifesciences Pvt. Ltd. located in Chennai. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination of sales activities at CellBios, including customer service, sales operations, and communication with customers and the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan to drive revenue growth for medical devices in the Cell Gene Tissue Therapy market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including CGT, Cord Blood Banks, Bioprocess and Medical research institutions, development centers, and hospitals.
- Understand the needs of the market and stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with product offerings and customer needs.
- Manage sales activities, including account planning, opportunity identification, and proposal development.
- Follow up and close contact with customers to achieve sales targets.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and develop long-term relationships with customers.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline development, and revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Sales coordination and Customer Service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Sales and Sales Operations skills
- Fresh/Experience in sales, customer service, and/or operations coordination
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Biotech/Medical, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Knowledge of the Biotech/Medical and regulatory environment and compliance requirements for medical devices
