Position  : Business Development Manager

Location  : Surat, Vadodara, Rajkot

CTC : up to 4LPA

Candidates Requirements :

Age : 24 to 35 Years

- 2+ Years of experience in sales and Marketing

- 6 + month experience require in last company

- Local - 3 Years

- Graduate - Any Bachelor Degree

- Must Have Bike and DL

Must have :

1. Sound Knowledge of IRDA regulations

2. Good Communication Skills.

3. Good team-building skills

4. Good knowledge of underwriting and ops processes

5. Training and motivation ability

Job Description :

1. Achieving unit business goals through quality recruitment and training

2. Develop business segments as per company strategy with compliance

3. Business should be of very good quality and should not be detrimental to the interests of the Company.
