Job description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Analyst to join our Field Marketing team in India. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, with proficiency in utilizing tools such as Tableau and Salesforce CRM reports to assist in field marketing analysis. This individual will play a crucial role in interpreting data, identifying trends, and providing insights to optimize marketing strategies, tracking campaign performance and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Field Marketing team to analyze marketing campaigns, initiatives, and programs using Tableau and Salesforce CRM reports.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics, including ROI, campaign effectiveness, lead generation, and sales conversions.
Conduct in-depth analysis to understand marketing attribution, lead prioritization, and the sales conversions funnel.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize marketing strategies, improve targeting, and enhance campaign performance.
Assist in pipeline management by monitoring lead flow, pipeline health, and conversion rates.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Sales Operations to align strategies and initiatives.
Should have excellent Google Slides visualization and presentations skills.
