Company Brief: Our client is an B2B E-commerce multi product digital infra market place, backed by a large conglomerate. Roles & Responsibilities: - Developing the HR agenda. - Developing HR strategies, policies, and practices. - Improving and monitoring employee productivity. - Structuring compensation and benefit packages. - Managing staff wellness initiatives. - Improving relations between staff and employers. - Managing and allocating HR funds. - Engaging with heads of department. - Employee grievance handling. - Will also work on special projects in specialized areas of HR as and when required. - Work closely with function to drive learning initiatives. - Responsible for the performance management process- goal setting, feedback, and reviews. - Provide consultative support to the leaders and managers on team structure, changes, and optimization of talent. Function as a conscience keeper for organization culture and employee experience in the function.
