Job description
UX Designer | Experience : 4 years | Salary : 65 - 75 k | Immediate joiner | Location : HRBR Layout | Qualification : BE in computer Science / BCA
User-Centric Design:
Lead the design process with a primary focus on understanding and
prioritizing user needs.
Conduct comprehensive user research, including interviews, surveys, and
usability testing.
Persona Development:
Create and refine user personas based on empirical research findings.
Ensure that design decisions align with the diverse requirements of our
user base.
Usability Testing:
Plan and execute usability testing sessions to obtain actionable insights.
Iteratively improve designs based on feedback from usability studies and
user interviews.
Journey Mapping:
Develop comprehensive user journey maps to inform design decisions.
Identify key touchpoints and opportunities for refinement in the user
experience.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other
stakeholders to integrate user-centric design principles.
Communicate effectively to ensure a unified understanding of user
requirements.
Business Requirement Document (BRD) Creation:
Leverage your expertise to craft clear and concise Business Requirement
Documents (BRDs).
Collaborate with stakeholders to document functional and non-functional
requirements for design and development.
Accessibility and Inclusivity:
Advocate for accessibility and inclusivity in design decisions, ensuring that
the product is usable by all individuals.
User Feedback Integration:
Establish mechanisms for gathering and incorporating ongoing user
feedback into the design process.
Implement a structured feedback loop for continuous improvement.
Prototyping:
Create interactive prototypes to visualize and communicate design
solutions effectively.
Leverage prototypes for validation and feedback from both internal teams
and end-users.
Qualifications:
Passion for User Research:
Demonstrated passion for user research and a commitment to utilizing
research findings to drive design decisions.
Experience:
3 plus years of proven experience in UX design with a strong emphasis on
user research methodologies.
Background in creating impactful and user-friendly interfaces.
Business Requirement Document (BRD) Experience:
Previous experience in crafting comprehensive Business Requirement
Documents (BRDs) for design and development teams.
User-Centered Mindset:
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
Ability to empathize with users and translate insights into actionable
design improvements.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
Familiarity with user research tools and methodologies.
