Job Title: Manager - Marketing and Sales - Solar Energy

We are looking for a creative Marketing and Sales Manager to lead our efforts in capturing new markets and growing our customer base as we continue to grow our solar energy sector.
Position Overview:
The Solar Energy Division's Marketing and Sales Manager will be in charge of creating and carrying out all-encompassing marketing and sales strategies to advertise our solar energy goods and services. In order to market and sell our solutions to potential clients, this position requires a combination of technical understanding in electrical engineering and proficiency in marketing and sales. The appointed individual will assume a vital role in propelling revenue development, cultivating enduring customer connections, and forging strategic alliances.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and carry out strategic marketing plans, including competitive positioning, price strategies, and market analysis, to promote solar energy goods and services.
• Determine and focus on important consumer and market segments to increase sales and promote company expansion.
• Work together with cross-functional teams to create sales presentations, marketing collateral, and promotional materials that clearly explain the advantages and technical details of our solar energy solutions.
• Oversee the sales team's prospecting, lead qualification, and closing of deals while making sure that all activities are in line with company goals and revenue targets.
• Establish and preserve solid bonds with partners, industry groups, customers, and government agencies in order to foster cooperation and aid in business development initiatives.
• Keep up with market trends, industry advancements, and new innovations in solar energy to guide product development and advertising tactics.
• Examine market information, customer feedback, and sales performance metrics to determine the success of marketing and sales campaigns and provide evidence-based suggestions for enhancement.
• To increase brand recognition and lead generation, represent the company at trade exhibitions, conferences, and industry events.
The individual should prosses:
• Proven track record of success in marketing and sales roles, preferably in the renewable energy industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of solar energy systems, electrical engineering principles, and related technologies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience leading cross-functional teams and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for innovation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends to inform decision-making.
• Proactive, results-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and support business development activities.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering is required, and an MBA in Marketing Management would provide additional advantage.
Location:
The individual will be based in Bangalore but should be enthusiastic about traveling throughout Karnataka as required.
Compensation:
The individual will receive compensation commensurate with prevailing industry standards.
