Job description

Nanoprecise is looking for an enthusiastic and strategic Business Development Representative (BDR), to join our growing team. As a BDR, you will research and lead the initial outreach to targeted Enterprise accounts working in conjunction with our Marketing and Sales teams. In this role you will perform market research and sales tactics to prospect and engage with multiple buyer personas and roles to communicate our unique value proposition. You will be responsible for developing a targeted, highly qualified pipeline of meetings for Nanoprecise’s Sales team.

Responsibilities Include: Perform market research to identify ideal prospects Effectively execute outbound prospecting initiatives Work to have a variety of touches (call, email, social, etc.) on all prospects Conduct high-level discovery conversations with your AE Collaborate with and leverage teammates to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities Build business and industry knowledge to research accounts, identify key players Manage, track, and report on all activities and results using Hubspot Work in collaboration with Marketing to arrange meetings at industry events/conferences Work in collaboration with Marketing to develop targeted marketing tactics, scripts for your assigned target accounts Work collaboratively with Sales to strategically handoff prospects and maintain consistent prospect experience

What we're looking for: 2-3 yrs BDR experience working in the Indian Geography, working for a B2B SaaS Company. IoT industry experience a plus Proficient in setting up appointments in Tier 1 Companies, specifically in Manufacturing sector like Steel, Metals, Cement, Oil and Gas, Petrochemicals, Automobile, Pharma etc Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills A self-starter with a track record of successful, credible achievements Knowledge of business process, roles, and organizational structure Determined personality with a desire to grow and win Experience in using HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator Strong organizational and time management skills Globally we require excellent written and spoken English
