Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role located in Bengaluru with some flexibility for remote work for a Senior Engineer. The Senior Engineer will be responsible for leading and managing various automation projects from design, installation, testing to commissioning. The Senior Engineer will also be responsible for mentoring and training junior engineers, reviewing project plans and designs, collaborating with architects and interior designers, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring high-quality delivery of smart technology solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in the IT, networking, switching, routing domains
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java and C++
- Hands-on experience in designing, installing, and testing automation systems, including knowledge of protocols such as Modbus, BACnet,IoT things and KNX.
- Excellent project management and people skills
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering
- Experience in home automation, commercial automation, and AV integration is desirable.
