Job description
The Senior Associate Finance will be responsible for the day to day Admin, Finance and HR functions of the concerned project and to ensure that all the procedures are in line with the organization s processes and policies/guidelines in coordination with the state team. He/she will be responsible for the office management, logistics support to the team, coordinating with central Admin, Finance and HR team, budgeting, accounting, asset management, payments to the vendors / staff reimbursements and financial reporting to state Office. The position of Sr. Associate Finance demands for a responsibility of managing all office requirements and working as part of the Admin, Finance and HR departments and proper coordination with program team and central operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Management which includes
- Office Maintenance
- Procurement of stationery, consumables etc.
- Updating stock and asset registers
- Vendor management.
- Provide complete logistics support to program teams, which includes travel, accommodation and event management
- Address HR issues in coordination with the HR Division
- Updation of books of accounts on daily basis
- Timely processing of claims / bills of staff and vendor in accordance to laid down policies and procedures
- Ensuring Statutory Compliances in processing claims / bills
- Timely updation of various financial records and registers
- Timely settlement of advances of staff / vendors.
- Assist in the process of audit, including compliance to audit observations & finalization of accounts.
Key Inputs expected from the Job Role
- Monitor & Settle advances of Staff / Vendor.
- Provide support to program team in respect to budgets and procurement.
- Submission of periodic financial reports to central Office
Miscellaneous
- Any other tasks assigned by the line manager or organization from time to time
- The Job Role may be changed from time to time as per organization s requirements
- 3 Years, Proficiency in TALLY
- Experience in working with development sector
- Experience of managing both admin and finance role
- M Com / CA (inter) / CMA (inter)
