Job Description:

XMachines is in search of a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to drive our sales efforts and contribute to the growth of our robotics solutions. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in promoting our products, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in the competitive technology market.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound sales activities to generate leads and drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Effectively communicate the value proposition of XMachines' robotics solutions to potential customers.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted sales campaigns.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive sales strategies.
• Provide accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the technology or robotics industry.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
