This position executes projects in diverse areas of technology and Patent Services.
The role involves understanding project requirements and ensuring high quality deliverables for the clients.
Role And Responsibilities - Client
- Ensuring high Quality delivery and TAT compliance; 100% compliance to client SLAs.
- Ensuring closure of any feedback received on the project
- Operations
- Meeting individual and project level targets
- Ensuring timely delivery of internal & external reports
- Executing various processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Misc.
- Displaying effective and responsive communication
- Participating in Learning and Development activities at various levels; supporting various BU wide initiatives (as required)
- Complying to all specific company policies to apply without exception, including but not limited to compulsory adherence of ISO/IEC 27001:2013 guidelines
Qualification & attributes Experience - A minimum of 9 months previous experience in Intellectual Property – Patents/ Technology industry
In-depth knowledge of technical literature in the area of subject matter expertise
Good knowledge of various Patent Services, including Prior Art Searching, Infringement Analysis, Patent Analytics, etc, as per the type of experience and exposure
Knowledge of US Patent Law (35 USC
- 101, 102, 112 etc.), as per the type of experience and exposure
- Ability to analyze complex issues and apply analytical thinking
- Medium level of computer proficiency in MS Office suite of applications.
Education
- B.E./B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent
