Job description

Purpose of the role: As a leader and innovator in the food services Americana is constantly testing new concepts, platforms, and technologies that drive outstanding customer experience. This requires a disciplined approach to Product Management & User Experience with focus on Delivering Assets and Interactions with world class Quality within given timelines.

The Deliveries also need to be aligned with Organizational Objective of profitable growth, that needs to be achieved through data driven decision making and structured, cross functional collaboration. This role aims to transform the experience for Americana customers, through Digital Assets and Interactions at our Restaurants, delivering a world class, integrated, omni-channel journey.

Key responsibility areas: Define and deliver the next Generation of Digital Experiences for Americana through Super Apps, Super PWAs and Omni-Channel Digital Restaurant Experience Ensure Timely delivery with world class quality of the Assets Deliver world class experience and maintain App rating of 4.4 + Continuously optimize experience and deliver App Conversion of 20% + Ensure Digital revenue targets are met, working closely with Marketing, Home Delivery and Operations teams Deliver disruptive growth in Digital Restaurants by delivering world class Omni-channel experiences Drive assessment of digital assets, determination of performance standards, benchmarks and improvement opportunities Partner with functional sponsors to deliver data-driven recommendations focused on improving ROI of digital initiatives

Qualification & Experience:

Education: Bachelors in Engineering in Computer Science or related discipline Masters in Business Administration or Equivalent

Experience: 12+ year experience in Product Management with reputed organizations, with at least 5 years leading product management teams in reputed organizations Sound understanding of the Food Tech space with at least 5 years experience managing Global Food Brands Track record of successful implementation of large projects in the area of Product Management, Digital Transformation and Digital Analytics through multi-country, multi-currency, multi-brand ecosystems Proven Track Record of delivering and managing Consumer Facing eCommerce Apps rated 4.4 Star and above Experience of Managing eCommerce Revenue Stream of USD 300 Million + through Assets under management Track record of defining and delivering Digital Transformation Strategy based on Consumer Insights and Data Analytics delivering aggressive growth Track record of delivering successful Omni-Channel experiences Track record of delivering Optimized experiences with 20% + conversion rate through sound understanding of consumer behavior and patterns in the MENA region Track record of building and mentoring team of Product Managers, Designers, Digital Analysts, CRO & Organic Growth specialists. Ability to worked with an in-source/out-source model would be essential

Knowledge & Skills: Should be result & detail oriented and must have ability to multitask and work under pressure in the fast-paced environment, work within strict timelines to deliver high quality Assets Strong stakeholder management, vendor management skills for effective communication & timely delivery of projects Should be able to hire and nurture talent, keeping the team motivated and aligned towards organizational objectives Proficient in Verbal and Written Communication skills, with demonstrated ability to communicate with fellow analysts and management Strong track record of Delivering Conversion Rate Optimization goals through A/B testing tools Expertise in Managing Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & App Store Optimization (ASO) initiatives to deliver strong Organic Traffic and Download Results Expertise in App Campaign Performance Monitoring Tools Such as Adjust and Notification Tools like CleverTap Building models around traffic funnel analysis, Product analytics, Marketing analytics, customer segmentation, Loyalty program, cohort analysis Hands-on experience in web analytics including implementation & monitoring through Google Analytics Experience using Big data technologies for processing, analyzing large datasets
