Role Responsibilities:
Manufacturing Specialist Responsibilities:
- Ensure a safe working environment on the shop floor by preventing incidents and accidents.
- Oversee and execute daily production activities according to the Production Plan.
- Employ dynamic production planning strategies to meet daily targets effectively.
- Achieve daily production goals while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Manage and deploy manpower efficiently across production lines to meet output requirements.
- Implement Standard Work principles and Lean methodologies, emphasizing Single Piece Flow.
- Take charge of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and enhance line efficiency.
- Optimize line balancing and workforce allocation to maximize productivity.
- Conduct training sessions for production operators on safety, quality, and productivity.
- Lead productivity improvement projects to streamline processes and optimize manpower usage.
- Maintain adherence to rejection rate targets and overall productivity benchmarks.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Team (CFT) members to address persistent shop floor issues.
- Ensure effective utilization of available resources for optimal output.
- Utilize problem-solving tools, Total Quality Management (TQM), and the 7QC tools.
- Demonstrate understanding of ISO standards and ensure compliance within the manufacturing processes.
