We are seeking a talented and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team and drive growth through innovative sales strategies and effective marketing campaigns. As the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales and marketing efforts, including data scraping for WhatsApp and email marketing, as well as expanding our dealer distributor network globally. The ideal candidate will have 8 to 10 years of relevant experience, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in driving sales and building networks. This position offers a starting salary ranging from Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 35,000, + incentives depending on qualifications and experience. **Responsibilities:**
  1. Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  2. Utilize data scraping techniques to generate leads for WhatsApp and email marketing campaigns, targeting potential clients and customers.
  3. Build and maintain a global dealer distributor network, identifying and establishing partnerships with distributors in key markets.
  4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for expansion.
  5. Plan and execute effective marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events, to promote our products and brand.
  6. Collaborate with the product development team to gather feedback from customers and partners, ensuring alignment with market needs and preferences.
  7. Monitor sales performance and KPIs, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  8. Provide leadership and guidance to the sales and marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
  9. Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers, to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
  10. Stay updated on industry best practices, new technologies, and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and competitiveness.
**Requirements:**
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. 8 to 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on data scraping, email marketing, and building distributor networks globally.
  3. Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and expanding market presence.
  4. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  6. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
  7. Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve targets and objectives.
  8. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  9. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
