Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Account Executive located in Kolhapur. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and negotiating contracts. They will develop and execute sales strategies and work closely with the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Fluency in English and the ability to speak Hindi or Marathi is a plus
• Vendor Payments and collection of credits dues , internal audits , taxation work
