Our clients a leading group with 5000 plus Indian expats is looking for its real estate division .
Position: Quantity Surveyor - Real Estate Construction
Location : Lubumbashi DRC ( Congo Africa )
Salary : 1500 -2500 USD
Role and Responsibilities: • Prepare detailed estimates for various projects.
• Prepare the BOQ taking of Quantity as per the approved/ Tender drawing, and BOQ submitted & checking to consultant with co-ordination of Company Management.
• Responsibility and Supervision of all construction activities
• Establishment of site organization and Mobilization plan for Manpower/Machinery
• Material requirement plan and Coordinate to Vendor/Procurement team
• Support to the project team in technical matters, including constructability
• Drawing review and coordinate to Design team
• Complete the activity within the Project Budget
• Prepare the Bar bending Schedule with Shop Drawing, RA Bills and Monthly Invoice and Variation Etc.,
• Monitoring the Subcontractor Job productivity and resolve the constructability.
• Quality of the work and implementation of inspection procedures/Methodology
• Prepare the Construction Weekly/Monthly plan and implement site team
• Coordination with the Client on all matters that may impact Contract duration or Contract Value
• Assist with Reviews and analysis of all claims submitted by the Contractor
