- Preferably, experience of at least 1 continent outside India.
- Strong exposure re: social media & digital marketing platforms.
- Expertise in developing Value proposition, product positioning plans, Marketing strategy, MARCOMM & brand building activities, Stakeholder engagement plans, Competitor bench marking, KOL management programs, pricing plans & Country specific go-to-market models.
- Project management experience & leading cross-functional teams on key initiatives.
- Direct people management & team building experience.
Key competencies to look for will be Business & Financial Acumen, Strategic Agility, Leadership, Project Management, Learning Agility & Adaptability
Requirements
Educational Qualification : Post-graduate in Marketing
Additional Advantage : Has experience in disinfectant, medical device, or surgical consumable company.
Must have handled a team of 2-3 team members.
