Job description

MAIN DUTIES
 The Technical Support Specialist responds to routine telephone inquiries of employees
and provides support for first call resolution.
 Monitor and assign all incoming service incidents and service requests to appropriate
team members.
 Provide on-going IT Support to all departments with their IT needs.
 Gather all required information and create incidents as required and take ownership of
issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution.
 Escalate service incidents and service requests to appropriate team members with
adequate information for faster resolution.
 Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve system issues.
 Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate
internal teams, helping to maintain system functionality.
 Need the ability to resolve user’s problems and provide timely feedback to end users via
email, and over the phone.
 Diagnosing and repairing hardware / software errors
QUALIFICATIONS
 3 + Years experience with Windows PC, Laptops, and Mobile Devices and have worked within

Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 to create users, reset passwords,manage Distribution Groups, Permissions and troubleshoot applications.
 3+ Years experience with end-user support, help desk ticketing software, hardware and
software upgrades, hardware and software troubleshooting and providing formal/informal
technical training is required.
 You have a knack for communicating and providing clear instruction to individuals with a
varying degree of technology skills.
 Must be able to troubleshoot remote issues and support offsite users.
