Job description

Responsibilities of the Role Lead ESG Metrics process transformations: Design and review of process documentation including flow charts, scope/boundary definitions, roles & responsibilities matrix, policies, risk & controls framework and KPIs for data collection, processing, review & validation, aggregation, assurance and reporting of ESG metrics. Ensure integration of the reported ESG metrics with reporting related to financial / secretarial / HR / other areas as applicable as applicable. Advise Metric owners and Data owners across multiple functions on processes and controls improvements in ESG processes; support in identifying gaps and designing adequate remediation plans. Generate controls awareness and provide trainings to Metric owners, Data owners and functional teams on process and controls requirements. Community Engagement : Develop and manage community outreach programs and partnerships to enhance the social impact and reputation of Adani Data Center . Sustainability Metrics:

Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sustainability and ESG, continuously improving and refining our metrics . Risk Management : Identify and assess ESG-related risks and develop mitigation plans to safeguard Adani Data Center's reputation and operations. Periodically assess controls related matters and topics impacting the ESG disclosures Sustainability Strategy:

Develop and implement a comprehensive sustainability strategy for the data center business that aligns with Adani's corporate sustainability goals. Create climate change related strategies - prepare for TCFD alignment, site Scenario analysis for SBTi target strategy. Stakeholder Engagement : Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, regulators, and NGOs, to enhance transparency and credibility. Engagement with internal and external team on Waste, Water and Energy Management. This includes the program specific to Waste Management (e-waste, Solid Waste etc.), Single Use plastic free and Water Management during the construction and operational phase. Engagement with Finance & Management team on the KPIs for Sustainable linked loan, Green Bonds and other financing requirements. Compliance and Regulatory Affairs : Stay updated on relevant environmental and regulatory requirements and ensure that the data center business remains compliant with all applicable laws and regulations. Conduct the ESG Due Diligence of the Operational and Construction of the facility in line with the lender/ internal requirement. Employee Engagement : Foster a culture of sustainability and social responsibility among the data center team, ensuring that employees are informed and motivated to contribute to ESG goals . Innovation:

Stay abreast of emerging sustainability and ESG trends, technologies, and best practices, and integrate these into the company's strategy.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Management, Business, or related field. Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., CDP, CSR, BRSR) is a plus.

Experience: 13-17 years relevant and similar capacity in Environment and Sustainability
