Responsibilities:

Conduct end-to-end recruitment for UK/Europe-based positions. Source, screen, and interview potential candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs. Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to offer stage. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in the UK/Europe market. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws in the region. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Familiarity with various sourcing tools and techniques.
