Job Title : Validation Engineer

Job Description :
- Lead testing resources with test planning, design, implementation, execution and re-porting for functional and regression testing across different regions like EMEA, LATAM for QFXLM applications (Banking domain - Foreign Exchange)
- Worked on end-to-end SDLC and STLC documentation as per the organization's expectations.
- Involve in Sprint planning, Jira requirement understanding session, test estimation, script creation and reviews, test execution and delivery to next phase of the project.
- Participate in daily standup meeting and accountable for team commitments in each Sprint, ensure user stories are testable and measurable.
- Lead vendor team for Automation scripting and execution for the regression pack by providing functional inputs, reviews and reporting to management.
- Lead and develop a skilled, motivated and cohesive team by providing effective direction, coaching and motivation.
- Prepare metrics and report final test results, including creation of the QA closeout re-port.
- Demonstrate Subject Matter Expert (SME) capabilities in area of responsibility.
- Conduct presentations regarding status and current issues, effectively escalates project risks and areas requiring Leadership intervention.
