Job description

Driven by excellence, we are looking for a Jr. Quantitative Researcher . One who loves solving problems, is high on EQ & comes with a high sense of ownership. Excellent communication skills are a must along with basic knowledge or genuine interest in Human Resources.

This position requires a sound foundation on quantitative and qualitative research principles and concepts. You will be required to work and assist on Strategic HR projects, run and analyze Culture Study Dipsticks', Quantitative Investigation and Analysis of data collected/received and assist with running/analyzing Depth Interviews and Focus Group Discussions.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Creating and charting out relevant research plans for objective-based projects

2. Collecting data (through surveys and/or conducting interviews/focus group discussions)

3. Analysis of Primary/Secondary Data using Statistical Data Analysis (Data Cleaning, Exploratory Data Analysis, Hypothesis Testing, Creating Basic Algorithms and Logics, Moderate to Advanced Data Visualization, Insight Mining and Proposing Actionable Strategies and Recommendations)

4. Creating (or assisting with the creation of) decks, pitches, reports and documents for the research project

5. Opportunities to work on creating new business deliverables based on Data Innovation

Qualifications and Skill:

1. Love for data and the ability to humanize inferences

2. Bachelors in Applied Statistics/Data Science/Statistics or other relevant/equivalent degree

3. Working knowledge of foundational and inferential Data Analytics and Visualization - Proficiency in using MS Office, G-Suite, Advanced Excel and Tableau

4. Basic knowledge or genuine interest in Human Resources and People Analytics

5. Knowledge of any other programming language or software is an added bonus
