Role Description
We are on a hunt for a talented and passionate Senior Interior Designer to join our team and contribute to the enhancement of the bespoke spaces we create. As a Senior Interior Designer, you will be responsible for transforming ideas and visions into aesthetically pleasing, functional, and innovative designs.
Key Responsibilities :
Client management & co-ordination
Concept Development
Expertise in space planning & Interior design
Strong knowledge of construction drawings
Selection of materials & finishes
Familiarity with FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment)
Effective Project management
Budget management
Presentation skills
Vendor management
Qualifications :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design/ Architecture
Proven experience of 3-4 years in interior design with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in high-end residential and/or commercial spaces
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D rendering and Adobe Creative Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong project management abilities.
Knowledge of industry trends, materials, and suppliers.
