Job description
Job Title: Lead Recruiter
Duration: Full-Time Roles and Responsibilities:
- Working on direct IT/ Non-IT/Engineering/Pharma client requirements on a day-to-day basis
- Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for Direct Clients, State Clients, or Implementers in the US
- Thoroughly understand and work on the requirements of the client and fulfil them through various sources like job portals, references, headhunting, networking sites
- We are looking for stable resources that are looking for a long-term opportunity
- Should have worked for reputed firms focusing on direct client model
- Should have previous success in VMS/MSP model or any Staffing Model
- All candidates should be able to meet the required metrics. Should be able to work in an aggressive environment
Requirements - Good Communication Skills required
- Minimum 6 - 10 years of Experience in US Staffing. Higher experience can also be considered
- Good understanding of IT/Non-IT/Engineering/Pharma terminology and US staffing industry
- Minimum educational qualification required is Graduation or under-graduate
- Must possess excellent Communication, interpersonal, analytical skills, flexible & detail-oriented attitude with demonstrated abilities in US Recruitment
- Should have strong personal and professional ethics
- Should be having hands on experience on working with direct clients
