The Data Analyst IV will support the Elev8 Governance & Data Enablement team in execution of Salesforce Compensation and Benefit (C&B) data. The Elev8 team members are located globally. This position will be in India - Hyderabad, reporting to Finance Data Manager in Singapore. Responsibilities: - Administer daily cases for Compensation & Benefit sensitive data - Applic8, Tableau and Capcom. - Works closely with the Payroll and Compensation Accounting team to improve existing process, data analytics and forecasting. - Build visualization, update and optimize dashboards for reporting purposes. - Providing business recommendations not limited to regional but as one global business solution. - Flexible on working hours as this role supports APJ, EMEA and LATAM region. - To deliver the highest trust and compliance level of our daily tasks since we are dealing with employee confidential data. - To support the SOX requests from auditors. - Other ad-hoc assignments.Job tags
