Job Description For Business Analyst Lead

To collect and compile real-time data for project development. The person must coordinate with the relevant teams for analyzing the requirements and developing reports based on it.

  • Analyzing business models and projects to determine areas that need development and upgrade
  • Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for a business
  • Experience in documenting and presenting the As-Is, and To-Be documentation
  • Collaborate with various teams and maintain proper communication
  • Analyze the vision and scope of new projects, services, and software
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry standards and trends and implement these changes into new projects and services
  • Make presentations and arrange meetings to discuss data driven changes and improvements
  • Collect customer feedback and concerns through surveys, questionnaires, or workshops
  • Optimize budget for various requirements and ensure efficiency
  • Effectively communicate the needs and concerns of the users to the stakeholders
  • Lead the project for stakeholder interactions for requirements gathering, documentation, validation, and implementation
  • Steer the UX interaction and fill the functional understanding gaps for technical team
  • Guide BA team to follow the documentation guidelines and follow best practices identified for the project
  • Validate the test cases designed by the Testing Team
  • Guide the testing team on how to validate the requirements on the developed product
  • Conduct User Acceptance Test with Functional and Testing Team

Requirement & Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of experience as business analyst
  • Bachelor's degree in business management or relevant field
  • Fluent with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio)
  • Good to have experience on working with Figma
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Interact with NOV team to understand business requirements and document them
  • Understanding the business and making recommendations for improvement
  • Drive functional workshops
  • Coordination and presentation detailed requirement understanding to the relevant stakeholders
  • Support test scenario identification and documentation
  • Ensure team understands requirement clearly and provide any support needed by them on functional front
  • Perform functional review of developed functionalities and provide feedback to the team
  • Drive user acceptance testing (UAT)
