Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. The SDR will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying potential leads, initiating contact with prospective customers, and setting up appointments for our sales team. Job Responsibilities

  • Data Collection and Validation:
  • Gather and compile relevant data from diverse sources.
  • Ensure the accuracy and reliability of collected data through validation processes.
  • Database Management:
  • Build and maintain a high-quality database with structured and organized data.
  • Implement effective strategies for data storage and retrieval.
  • Utilize Data Generation Tools:
  • Expertise in using data generation tools and technologies.
  • Stay updated on industry-standard tools and implement them for efficient data extraction.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders:
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand data requirements and expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data generation efforts with business goals.
  • Data Analysis:
  • Perform analysis of collected data to extract valuable insights.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within the dataset.
  • Continuous Learning:
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and data generation best practices.
  • Implement new methodologies to enhance data collection efficiency.

  • Proven track record in data generation, particularly in B2B environments with a focus on AI, Cloud, and various facets of the IT industry.
  • Possesses exceptional research skills, adept at efficiently navigating online resources to gather pertinent data.
  • Demonstrates a keen eye for detail and a steadfast commitment to ensuring data accuracy.
  • Proficient in utilizing a range of tools including CRM systems (with expertise in HubSpot being advantageous), lead generation tools (such as Apollo, Sales Intel, Zoom Info, Seamless), and proficiency in Microsoft/WPS/Google Office Suite.
  • A self-motivated individual capable of working autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Displays a results-driven mindset with a clear focus on meeting and exceeding data generation targets.
  • Previous experience in account management is considered a valuable asset.
  • Capable of working in the US time zone, open to overtime, and adaptable to rotational shifts when required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Development
  • A proven track record in sales, lead generation, or customer service is a plus.
