Job description
Nestasia is looking for merchandisers cum designers to help expand Nestasia's product manufacturing and sourcing. Nestasia currently works with over 120 manufacturing units and has a portfolio of 9000+ SKUs. The aim is to take this to 100,000+ SKUs
Duties and responsibilities
• Sourcing for home decor product line (soft furnishings)
• Ideate and design various product line collections
• Use designing software to design and customize products as per requirement
• Manage vendors efficiently
• Research for new or upcoming trends
• Identify cost reduction opportunities
• Maximize current sourcing channel
Desired Candidate Profile
• 1 year of experience in working with Indian manufacturers
• A keen interest in decor, furnishings, and styling
• Proficiency in using Design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel draw etc.) and MS-Excel
• Excellent communication (English & Hindi) and negotiation skills
• Should have good work ethics and calm attitude
• Candidate with B.Des preferred
