Job description

Responsibilities:

1. Identify and Develop Business Opportunities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential markets, clients, and trends.
- Analyze industry activities and competitors to strategize the companys business opportunities.
- Develop innovative strategies to increase market share and profitability.
- Generate leads and open doors with prospective clients/partners.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.

2. Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the companys growth objectives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate the market and compete against competitors.
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop sales collateral, pricing, and sales support materials.
- Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis.

3. Partnership Development:
- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships with industry influencers, manufacturers, suppliers, and distributors.
- Initiate and negotiate partnerships and collaborations, aimed at expanding our business reach and improving our products/services.
- Develop and maintain a robust network of industry contacts and business relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and operations, to ensure successful implementation and management of partnerships.

4. Market Expansion:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to define market segments and target customers.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Help build the companys brand reputation and create awareness in the market.
- Analyze market feedback and trends to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.

Requirements:

1. Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven professional experience in business development, sales, or account management.
- Familiarity with [industry] products/services and market dynamics.
