UNIT LEADER SALES
Job description:
1. Responsible for driving sales through Relationship Manager & make sure they achieve their KRA
2. Revenue Generation through different products and participation in Organisational Sales Drive & Increase Market share
3. Ensure cost optimization and operational efficiency of the branch including allocation of costs across customer segments
4. Revenue product wise segment wise and Branch level Profit
5. Resolve all back office issues and ensure smooth operations at the branch
6. Adhere to agreed SLAs for the branch
7. Monitor processes and suggest improvements based on contact with customers
8. Recruitment training and retention of manpower as per approval
Eligibility:
1. Graduate in any discipline
2. 5 years in Broking industry
3. 1 year experience in handling a team.
