The Team

Monitor Deloitte works with the world's largest corporations, governments and social sector organizations to drive growth on the issues that are most important to them. Work you'll do

As a Manager, you employ a business first lens and help clients address the evolving needs of their businesses. The Manager is responsible for managing a project end-to-end, and takes responsibility for its successful delivery. Managers are also responsible for overseeing the entire project team. A project may have a number of modules and varying team sizes, depending on the scope of the project.

The responsibilities of a manager can include:

• Working with Partners and Clients to develop hypotheses and work plans that address project objectives
• Managing project economics
• Managing project execution
• Building the relationship between Monitor Deloitte and the client's project team
• Providing professional development opportunities and feedback for team members
• Communicating analysis, recommendations and status updates in both written and oral communication with internal and client leadership

Qualifications

• A strong and demonstrated interest in consulting specially in thinking through large and complex transformation exercises
• A base level of knowledge in business strategy, marketing, finance, operations, and data analysis techniques
• Excellent academic credentials for both undergraduate and graduate coursework
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Leadership qualities, project management skills, and the ability to mentor
• Willingness and ability to take initiative and learn independently
