Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Management Intern. As a Management Intern at Huemn, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the fast-paced world of photography studio management. You will work closely with the management team and gain exposure to various aspects of studio operations, including project management, team management, and client services.
Qualifications And Skills - Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using computer software and technology.
- Passion for photography and the desire to learn about studio management.
Roles And Responsibilities - Assist in managing projects and ensuring they are completed on time and to the highest standards.
- Support the management team in day-to-day operations of the studio.
- Assist in tracking and managing team members and freelancers, assigning tasks, and managing schedules.
- Provide excellent client service by organizing and sharing photos through our cloud galleries.
- Assist in the collection of payments and generation of new business leads through our advanced payment and lead collection tools.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our studio management tech tool by providing feedback and suggestions based on your internship experience.
