What You'll Do

  • You will be Providing technical support to partners and/or customers for Cisco technologies, products, and/or solutions.
  • You are responsible for resolving sophisticated technical problems, depending on the customers' need, where analysis of situations requires in-depth evaluation of factors.
  • You will simulate technical problems in lab environment and share your knowledge with stakeholders and contributing towards building a knowledge base and enlarge our knowledge database.
  • You will provide internal and/or external technical presentations (cross-training).
  • You will bring up some specific problems to the responsible Business Units for product improvement.
  • You will be the focal point for high impact, large account problem resolution.
  • You will collaborate with stakeholders (VARs, OEMs, end-users, and internal engineering departments) to achieve common goals (drive quality into the product).Who You'll Work With

The Cloud Security team within CX Centers APJC, is responsible for holistically resolving issues across Cisco's Technologies and Product. The team provides 24x7 worldwide technical support for Cisco products

Who You Are

  • You have 3+ years of relevant industry experience with Cloud security - Email Security Appliances (ESA)
  • Good attitude and should have Customer support expertise
  • Should have Support experience in Cisco Security technologies like Cisco ASA firewall, AMP, IPsec, VPN, AAA, ISE, IPsec, GRE.
  • Deep understanding of TCP/IP, Routing, and Switching will be preferred.
  • Should have solid understanding in Network Security Technologies
  • Should provide consultation to sophisticated product and network problems.
  • Optimally utilises sophisticated lab setups to duplicate and seek problems.
  • Provides systems/product training and intellectual property material.
  • Should act as a point of contact for large account network problem resolution and submit complete and correct defect reports in area of expertise.
  • CCIE Security is preferable
  • Ability to Assertively communicate and demonstrate Technical Leadership on Troubleshooting scenarios, especially over WebEx / telephonic customer conversations.
