Overview: We are seeking an experienced ASP.NET Production Support Specialist to join our team. This role requires a professional with a strong understanding of ASP.NET and the ability to efficiently troubleshoot and resolve production issues. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the stability of our web-based applications and ensuring a seamless user experience.

Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of ASP.NET framework, SQL Server, and design/architectural patterns (e.g., Model-View-Controller (MVC)). Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC). Understanding of Agile methodologies. Strong attention to detail. Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills. Proven experience of at least 3+ years in ASP.NET production support, with a track record of successful problem resolutions. Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Certifications in Microsoft technologies would be a plus.
