Job Description

As an Inside Sales Representative at Smartbots.ai, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth through effective communication and relationship-building with potential customers in the US market. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in inside sales, particularly with a focus on the US market. This role is based at our Mindspace office in Hyderabad.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting
  • Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including online research and cold calling.
  • Build a robust pipeline of opportunities for the sales team.
  • Customer Engagement:
  • Conduct outbound calls to engage with prospects and understand their business needs.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of Smartbots.ai products/services.
  • Sales Presentations:
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
  • Address customer queries and objections to facilitate the sales process.
  • Sales Cycles:
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads.
  • Sales Metrics:
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in the CRM system.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in inside sales, mandatory in US-based market.
  • Previous experience of Gen AI or Conversational AI is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in cold calling and lead generation techniques.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Availability:
  • Flexibility to work US hours to align with the target market.
