As an Inside Sales Representative at Smartbots.ai, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth through effective communication and relationship-building with potential customers in the US market. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in inside sales, particularly with a focus on the US market. This role is based at our Mindspace office in Hyderabad.
Responsibilities - Lead Generation and Prospecting
- Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including online research and cold calling.
- Build a robust pipeline of opportunities for the sales team.
- Customer Engagement:
- Conduct outbound calls to engage with prospects and understand their business needs.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of Smartbots.ai products/services.
- Sales Presentations:
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
- Address customer queries and objections to facilitate the sales process.
- Sales Cycles:
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads.
- Sales Metrics:
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in the CRM system.
Qualifications - Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 2-3 years of proven experience in inside sales, mandatory in US-based market.
- Previous experience of Gen AI or Conversational AI is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in cold calling and lead generation techniques.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
- Availability:
- Flexibility to work US hours to align with the target market.
