Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Virtual Account Manager located in Bhilai, which is open to flexibility for some remote work. The Virtual Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts from beginning to end, striving to build long-term relationships with clients while providing exceptional support and guidance. The Virtual Account Manager will also act as a liaison between our company and the client, addressing customer concerns and finding solutions and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in Sales and Account Management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with clients
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets with a focus on excellent customer service
• Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple accounts with a focus on attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge of business processes and principles, including budgeting and forecasting
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred
