Job Description :
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Legal Associate to join our dynamic legal team in the real estate sector. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing legal support and expertise in various real estate transactions ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Conduct legal due diligence on real estate transactions including title searches property surveys and environmental assessments.
Analyze and report on legal risks associated with potential transactions.
Stay abreast of changes in real estate laws and regulations and ensure the companys compliance with all relevant legal requirements.
Advise internal stakeholders on legal implications and potential risks associated with real estate projects.
Assist in the resolution of legal disputes related to real estate matters.
Collaborate with external legal counsel when necessary and represent the companys interests in legal proceedings.
Work closely with crossfunctional teams
Contract Review and Drafting:
Review draft and negotiate a variety of real estate contracts including purchase agreements leases and vendor contracts.
Ensure that all legal documents are accurate complete and in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
