Senior Performance Analyst, Seismic

Job description
As a Senior Performance Analyst, Seismic, you will be a part of the Sales Enablement team at IMS and work closely with the counterparts in HQ to keep the platform up-to-date for sales teams to access content. You will be the gatekeeper of all content within Seismic and be responsible for driving engagement and deriving performance insights from the platform. You will be a SME on Seismic who can drive new initiatives, maintain and update the platform and be responsible for all dashboards and engagement data of the platform
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Be the Seismic expert with knowledge of the platform’s capabilities
- Create dashboards to understand the performance of content uploaded on Seismic
- Quarterly reports (or as needed) on performance that can then be presented to internal stakeholders e.g. product teams to validate conversations.
- Create regional dashboards based on Ad-hoc requirements from stakeholders and content owners
- Participate in product & sales internal meetings, ask the right questions to validate his views and have a clear point of view on how to build out strong content that sells
- Be the subject matter expert on sales content performance in Seismic
- Use your expertise in data analytics and dashboard building and reporting to drive initiatives
- Upload all sales content that is produced by the team in Seismic.
- Support governance initiatives in Seismic – ie content hygiene. Setting up practices and ensuring these are implemented with product/stakeholders
- Conduct regular content audit on Seismic to ensure relevance, usefulness and findability of content
- Brainstorm with the team on innovative ideas that can be developed to build sales content that sells
- Proactively share analysis and insights with the rest of the team to promote ongoing learning and development
- Understanding the data model in Seismic and how to unlock maximum value. Slicing and dicing the tenents that exist in Seismic. Platform is getting more and more mature so the technical skills needed to understand this is important
- Be able to keep up on new capabilities being launched within the platform and use these as appropriate e.g. Planner, LiveSend
- Setting up the qualification criteria for sales/product to request for dashboards, so the team is only providing dashboards for those who can demonstrate how this is used
- Being part of the Content council – to present content and get input that can be used to optimise output
- Support the team in content research to identify best practices, understand competitor landscape and product portfolio
- Showing ROI if possible i.e. be able to connect content in Seismic to content in SF etc to see how content is used in the buying journey to close sales
- Support sales productivity and efficiency in Seismic – ie finding the right content type quickly + Content Council to assess if the content addresses the business challenge or opportunity
- Communicate the hygiene roadmap effectively and attend governance update meetings
- Brainstorm with team to improve governance
- Understanding of SalesForce to connect/push Seismic content to opportunities in SalesForce
- Work with cross functional team to create a report based with insights drawn from key reports e.g web, social media, customer implementation dashboard etc
Must Have:
· 10 years of work experience in working on Marketing or Sales Enablement platforms (Seismic, Marketo, Allego, Cision)
· Previous experience in creating customer journeys and mapping content
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint skills and database query skills (e.g., Teradata SQL, SparkSQL); and an understanding of data warehouse architecture, impacting large domain/business unit results and partner relationships
- Experience in Business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
· Minimum 6 years of experience in creating dashboards and deriving insights from analytics
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· A penchant for organization and processes
· Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure delivery excellence
· Adaptability and ability to multi-task in a cross-functional environment
· Previous experience in solutioning with content and data
· Highly data-driven and analytically very strong
· High-level competency in Excel (macros, pivot tables, etc.).

Good to Have:
· Certifications on Sales Enablement/Marketing Automation
· Knowledge and experience with Seismic tool
· Previous experience of working in a global hub model
